Included in every plan. Connect your Meta and TikTok ad accounts and pay the platforms directly. Momentum charges only its plan, and your weekly cap is a hard limit.
15% of ad spend, with a $150 minimum a month. We set up an ad account for your business and run the ads from it. You prepay your budget into an ad wallet by bank debit, and when the wallet is empty the ads pause. Nothing is ever billed after the fact.

No. With self-serve ads, your ads run from your own Meta and TikTok ad accounts and you pay the platforms directly. With managed ads, you prepay your budget into a Momentum ad wallet and pay 15% of spend ($150 minimum a month). Either way, you set a weekly cap that Momentum cannot pass.
A service profile is one thing you want leads for, such as a product range, a service or a job opening. Active profiles run ads and get replies and calls. Profiles on the shelf are free, and you can swap one in at any time. Leads already in progress always finish their follow-ups.
Texts cost more to send in the UK than in the US, so plans count credits instead of messages. A US text uses 1 credit, a UK text uses 4, and Telegram messages are free.
Momentum pauses that action and asks you in the Approval inbox, the same way it treats your ad budget cap. You choose whether to buy a credit pack or wait for next month. No surprise bills.
Onboarding: connecting your accounts, setting up your first service profile and approving your first reply templates, plus US business texting registration. It is waived on yearly plans.
Plans are charged 3 days before each billing period, by card or bank debit. If a payment fails, the account pauses straight away and we retry for up to 7 days. If it is still unpaid, the plan is cancelled and your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back.
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the new allowances apply straight away. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
